I'm actually starting to wonder if I can play fallout 4 on my rig after all. Terraria seems to heat my computer more than this game does. it even runs better than Morrowind which seems to crash to desktop when I alt tab or even when I quit to desktop it crashes on the way out.

in fact, this game on the lowest settings seems to run and look better than LE skyrim on the highest settings. If anyone is curious, I'm playing it with the settings set to the lowest settings and the game is running perfect on my i7 2.5 GHZ, nvidia geforce gtx 880m laptop. so it's in my library for that future day I eventually buy a new machine (hopefully at least 2 years awat) I suppose one way to find out is to actually launch the game and see if it works.Īt the very worst, I got this version free, it's not like I bought fallout 4 blindly and found out I can't play it. I'm not sure if the site takes i7 turboboost into account. but can i run it says my cpu is questionable even for old skyrim. I went to can i run it website, and it says my cpu and graphics card don't meet the minimums, my cpu is 2.5 ghz, the old skyrim says I need 2.0. This is basically Skyrim in the Fallout 4 engine. Yeah, it almost certainly won't work, or if it does it won't work well. It looks like this version has higher requirements, more in line with fallout 4, which my computer definitely can't handle, otherwise I'd be playing that right now. I met the minimum specs for legendary edition, but just barely. havent tried this yet, but I'm now concerned my computer might not be able to handle this version.
